How can a psychiatrist gives up on a patient?! That is unacceptable! I got terminated for being late to an appointment by 15 minutes. The front desk and receptionists are rude and awful to deal with. Find a better to get mental help office they only stress you out and make you feel bad about it instead of being understanding and helpful.

My doc is willing to help me by trying different meds. It's hard to deal with, but Eric Leong is patient.

The phone staff have always been snarky and unhelpful every.single.time I call them. They deny RX refills, I have to call them to find out why, and they hold my refill hostage until after i see the psychiatrist. They could careless about denying medication to someone who needs psych meds to feel normal. That is awful service and is dangerous practice!! This is a business that is supposed to HELP people, not talk down to them and be rude if we call them for help.

Filled out the form to see about medication management. Bryana emailed me when I tried to set up an appointment. She mentioned it was illegal for them to see me, without explanation. 😆 I was then sent a link to a website that finds counselors and psychologists, and was told that it was a good place for psychiatric needs. No big deal to me, I'll find a psychiatrist elsewhere, but certainly not good for business. Get your stuff together.

Dr. Leong is wonderful. He really listens and engages with his patients for the entirety of the appointment. It’s so easy and convenient. I’m extremely happy and confident enough that I leave my mental health in his hands without worry.
