5 stars to Olivia who helped me over the phone. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the questions I had and was polite and personable during our conversation on the phone. I'm dropping a star for PERS as a whole though because of how difficult its been to process and request certain documents.
Easy to get in and park there. Best with an appointment.
5 stars to the representative who assisted me, CJ! He was so kind and helpful. It did take around 35-40mins to get ahold of someone (which is why 3 stars) but once I did, it was smooth sailing.
