Easy to get in and park there. Best with an appointment.
5 stars to the representative who assisted me, CJ! He was so kind and helpful. It did take around 35-40mins to get ahold of someone (which is why 3 stars) but once I did, it was smooth sailing.
Came in to do a direct rollover. Mackenzie at the front desk was absolutely phenomenal. He gave me all the forms, he explained everything very well, he was very polite, just perfect service and a great experience.
Friendly staff, but very slow processing. Nearing almost a year for my withdrawal money from my application but when I call to see when it’s coming they say there’s no set time.
