5 stars to the representative who assisted me, CJ! He was so kind and helpful. It did take around 35-40mins to get ahold of someone (which is why 3 stars) but once I did, it was smooth sailing.
Came in to do a direct rollover. Mackenzie at the front desk was absolutely phenomenal. He gave me all the forms, he explained everything very well, he was very polite, just perfect service and a great experience.
Friendly staff, but very slow processing. Nearing almost a year for my withdrawal money from my application but when I call to see when it’s coming they say there’s no set time.
I've tried to get hold of them multiple times, emailed them, and chose to have them call me back instead of waiting on hold, BUT THEY DON'T CALL YOU BACK. No contact whatsoever so far and I've been trying for a week.
