Friendly staff, but very slow processing. Nearing almost a year for my withdrawal money from my application but when I call to see when it’s coming they say there’s no set time.
I've tried to get hold of them multiple times, emailed them, and chose to have them call me back instead of waiting on hold, BUT THEY DON'T CALL YOU BACK. No contact whatsoever so far and I've been trying for a week.
Can never seem to find this site working. I desperately need to be able download my benefit letter due to legal matters and I can't do it.
