First negative review I've ever written! Definitely a money grab. As mentioned in several prior reviews by folks with similar experiences, I was given a verbal estimate after a costly evaluation. I was reassured I would only pay x amount, regardless of insurance, for the evaluation that day, and that I "would receive the written estimate shortly." After a five minute eval with the doctor himself, the office and team used hard sell tactics to schedule me "soon" for services that would be in the thousands, and claimed I could ... read more
Just got done with my post-op appointment with Dr. Henshaw. I am amazed. I came in with a nine recession on a canine 6 weeks ago and now my gum is restored. He is gifted, and skilled. He communicates well and his staff is caring and kind. I’m so thankful I made the choice of going to Oregon Periodontics.
Very friendly office, prepared me well for the procedure, and it went by quickly. If you have to have a tooth pulled, this is the place!
I am so thankful that my fabulous prosthodontist - Dr. Lauren Manning gave me a referral to Dr. Henshaw. I didn't have routine dental care as a child/teen. So I am trying my best to make up for lost time to preserve my oral health and prevent future problems. I have some recession in my lower teeth and Dr. Manning felt it best if I see Dr. Henshaw for a Perio evaluation. His office state of the art and conveniently located.
