💚This is the BEST medical care facility that I’ve been at in Eugene since I moved here.💚And I’ve been to a lot of clinics.Amazing doctor, amazing clinic! I have had a wonderful experience with Oregon Neurology. Everyone I have encountered, from the front office staff to the nurses and medical team, has been welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. While some of the staff clearly care about their patients, the overall experience here has been alternately frustrating, disappointing, and negligent. The staff have made what should be simple exchanges between their office and insurance into months long ordeals with me doing the bulk of the legwork. There is an obvious lack of critical thinking and accountability.
