I'm surprised they have three stars as a review they really should have negative they were awful and I never even made it to being an actual patient thank goodness
Can’t reach them phone keeps ringing Also very annoying with refills on meds I was told I would have my refill after I made an appointment, that didn’t
If you get sick and don't go to your appointment they'll refuse any kind of service to you. What kind of company is this that doesn't give priority to their customers? I understand that missing on your appointment is irresponsible but what do you do when illness shows? Do you just show up and pass it on? They should give another opportunity, don't need to be so harsh. We're not patients here we are just another number in the list
