OMC is THE place to get your Coach serviced. Our '08 Country Coach has been in their tender loving hands since new, and she's beautifully kept. The Staff is fantastic (and very expert in these complicated systems) and the Management are a couple of GEMS. It's a 300 mile one-way commute for us to have these guys service our rig. And we don't mind it a bit!
There are not enough superlatives to express our gratitude to all of the fine people at Oregon Motorcoach Center! Under the ownership and direction of Matt and Elaina Carr, this facility is a customer's dream! We recently purchased a 2000 County Coach Magna. She is a bit long in the tooth, but our dream coach none the less. We embarked on our maiden/shakedown journey on July 15th. Oregon Motorcoach Center was recommended to me by a fellow RVer. My '06 Roadtrek RS Adventurous needed to have the mechanism that opens a small back window replaced. Once the part arrived, it was all so effortless. I have only been here two or three times, but love the integrity with which the business is run, and the people feel more like family than mechanics/technicians! There is a commitment to excellence that surpasses the usual. I highly recommend Oregon Motorcoach Center for their humanity and their expertise.
Matt and Elaina have turned a good service center into a GREAT service center! Their honesty, sincerity and knowledge are rare in the RV Industry and the prices aren't bad either... A plus is their overnight facility with 50 amp plug-ins for we out of town'rs...
