Shannon was extraordinary. Her patience with my dad and me was long and steady. She stayed curious with great questions. She didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. We have recommended Tigard (and Salem) Mobility Solutions to many already. After 4 different visits, we finally made a decision, and my dad is very satisfied (the only downside of the Pride Jazzy - is the high-pitched whine - thus - he can't sneak up on people in his Retirement Community! :-)
