This review is less about the practice, more about the amazing therapist, Gina. I have been working with Gina for 4 years and she has seen many prominent twist and turns in my life. From conventional talk practices to less conventional art and music sessions, she seems to always assess what I need each week with glowing enthusiasm (even if I don't always like her solutions at the moment, she is normally right...). The staff are all wonderful and very professional. I highly recommend them. Beth has been great!
The billing processes of this office is atrocious. You sign an open ended authorization for payment and they just take it upon themselves to slam your payment method and not even send you a statement of what they charged you for. You will wake up and BOOM....they'll be a charge on your bank account. They say, "You insurance should let you know.". Guess what...she is 16 and they don't share that information with me. It does not tell me it is Oregon Mental Health. Bad form.....
I've been coming to OMHS for therapy for 3 years now and I've always had a wonderful experience with them. My therapist is more than accommodating with me and often can get me in last minute if something comes up. But also the front desk staff is always friendly and sweet and helpful. I highly recommend this place!
