Be prepared to never see the same doctor twice if you can get an appointment at all. Went downhill hard and fast after being bought out by Optum in 2020.

If I could give a NEGATIVE 10 I would. Dr Richard Lee is horrendous. Unprofessional, confrontational, egotistical, and below the standard of patient care. I was referred to him by my Neurologist for a specific procedure to cease menstruation in order to help control my hormone triggered epilepsy. For a SECOND time this man tried to turn me away. What is happening to the OMG? Closing clinics, staff quitting?? Who is going to replace them. There must be a new group coming in. 😪
When we first arrived in 2011, we should have realized that when my first Primary at OMG introduced herself to me as a "sniffle and sneeze doctor",The problem is, I am disabled. We should have figured there might be problems. Since OPTUM/UHC insurance/business bought out OMG in December 2020, we have been dropped no less than 3 times from Physicians leaving OMG.
