Be prepared to never see the same doctor twice if you can get an appointment at all. Went downhill hard and fast after being bought out by Optum in 2020.

If I could give a NEGATIVE 10 I would. Dr Richard Lee is horrendous. Unprofessional, confrontational, egotistical, and below the standard of patient care. I was referred to him by my Neurologist for a specific procedure to cease menstruation in order to help control my hormone triggered epilepsy. For a SECOND time this man tried to turn me away.
