After struggling with being overweight for decades she was refused to do any extra blood work based on my “normal results”, turns out I’m highly insulin resistant. While it may not have helped me lose weight it would’ve been nice to be listened to and maybe been put on metformin/glp1. Not everything is simply calories in, calories out.
