I have no idea how OMG has gotten this awful, but I'm literally getting phone calls from them that I answer to have them immediately say I'm on hold and no agents are available then hang up on me. You guys called me! What the heck!
I have continued to receive poor care from this office. Communication is often lacking, and important details about my health and treatment are either delayed or not explained clearly. Despite repeated attempts to address concerns, follow-up has been inconsistent, and I frequently leave appointments feeling dismissed and without answers. Absolutely Horrible Experience – Avoid Oregon Medical Group at All Costs If I could give zero stars, I would.
