Got labs here, very easy. Make appt is the way to go
My child has been a patient here for 18 years. My most recent experience with a medical assistant that answered the phone for an inquiry was very rude and unprofessional. After being a patient here for so long It’s very disappointing to be treated in such a poor manner. Seems like maybe it’s time to find a new provider group.
I have been with OMG group since the beginning. All of the doctors over the years have been good. However I recently had an appointment with Heidi Semple, NP. I left feeling cared for as if I had been with an old school family doctor of the past. It was the first time in many years that I felt as though the appointment was not hurried. I left the clinic with a smile on my face, and feeling like I have a personal angel looking over my health.
Not a fan of Dr. Callahan
The people here are amazing and very professional! I needed to get some things straightened out with my sons doctor so he could get a much needed refill, the wonderful lady who I spoke with sent a message to his doctor and sent a refill for my sons prescription to his pharmacy. Thank you so much and keep up the good work!
