I have continued to receive poor care from this office. Communication is often lacking, and important details about my health and treatment are either delayed or not explained clearly. Despite repeated attempts to address concerns, follow-up has been inconsistent, and I frequently leave appointments feeling dismissed and without answers. the front desk people are absolutely rude, full of bullshit and acted like jerks. The way the lady who picks up my phone sounds like a Karen going thru mid life crisis

Absolutely Horrible Experience – Avoid Oregon Medical Group at All Costs If I could give zero stars, I would. Oregon Medical Group has proven to be one of the most disorganized and uncaring medical offices I’ve ever dealt with. They dropped me as a patient without any notice—no call, no letter, nothing. We moved out of the Eugene area 4 years ago due to the military. Finally came back to be with family while my husbands on a deployment. Oregon medical group dropped my son as a patient without notice, and then my daughter who has had a ton of medical problems, that have been well documented through the medical university of South Carolina Oregon medical disgrees with the diagnosis takes her off of everything they had her on and now she’s sick. And we can’t get in for a week to see anyone.

I have called and emailed the care hotline and have yet to hear back. I am appalled at the treatment I have received at Crescent Clinic. The provider that I saw did not do one thing for me. She didn't even run basic tests, such as a throat culture or blood test to check for infection or mono. She made no effort to rule out for anything. Then, she wrote in her chart notes that she offered to do these things but that I denied her offers. She claimed to have offered me a bunch of interventions that she in fact did not offer me.... read more
