I like the staff here, they are kind and respectful.
Will refuse to approve medication refills with no notice, forcing someone to abrubtly stop taking multiple medications with no warning. They will then refuse to have a conversation about it. I'm honestly so disappointed in this place because Dr. LaBonte is wonderful, but the rest of them don't seem to actually view their patients as people.
Beware of upcoding to adding an office visit if you go in for a physical!!!!! My health insurance will charge me $60 a month extra above my normal insurance pmt. if I don’t get a physical every year so since physicals are preventative covered 100% I do it. Every year for last 4 yrs. since I’ve been with this insurance has been the same.. I go in & do what the doctor says & answer his questions assuming this is part of physical cause that’s what I made appt. for & I’m not bringing up anything extra.
