My experience with Amy has been disappointing due to her lack of communication. Despite several emails and voicemails, I received no replies. If you need someone responsive, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.
We worked with Amy and her company on two evictions. Amy was fabulous and did a terrific job for us. She communicated well and managed the entire process very smoothly. I highly recommend her and would definitely use her again.

I had a very unreasonable tenant. During the COVID, she refused to pay the rents, and refused to gave me the hardship form. I tried to sell the house, but she made it very hard for me to sell - she trashed the property. She didn't even allow me to get on property to do an inspection. She seemed to have more rights than I do as the owner. I'm so glad that I found Amy. She sent the tenant a notice, asking her to correct the problems. She failed to comply. I went to court didn't even have to do a thing didn't even have to speak. I got the worst tenant in the world evicted. Thanks amy.
