I came to this clinic to see Dr. Sales as a patient with kidney failure after having a particular set of Lab & urine tests. The news I received was horrific - Stage 4 of 5 Stages in kidney failure. Even tho, Dr. Sales was pleasant and professional and gave me the written literature and verbal I needed to understand my illness. They have been great to me everyone is friendly professional and very caring . I have been with them a few years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Dr Bynum is a great doctor who is caring friendly and very efficient and professional.
Extremely pleased with progress I have made since entering the care after a poor care elsewhere.
Well, I didn't even get past 2 or 3 minutes into a call, the woman who answered was incredibly rude & talked about 1000 miles a minute. When I asked her to slow down, she was INTENSELY uncool about repeating her sentence.
