DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. The company contracts with a bunch of complete amateurs, so ymmv. They showed up to our coop, removed the grease from the exhaust trap, and then tried to dump nearly 50 gallons of watery grease down our drain. Needless to say the plumbing was completely backed up and we had to go back and remove it ourselves. Attached is the photo of the backup. Guys we're on time and very professional. Will use them again and again.
Watch out for the miscellaneous 'trip' charge if you need to reschedule. We scheduled for an 'afternoon' time slot over the phone very informally. However, when the guys showed up dinner cooking was occurring. We called to re-schedule and all seemed fine. We then get our invoice with a 195$ 'trip' charge for the re-scheduling, this is more than HALF of the cost for the hood cleaning itself.
