Luke was very professional, He was also very knowledgeable of the job he was doing. His report was easy to read very detailed, and I actually had pictures of the things that needed attention. I’m glad we had him look at the house before we purchased it, Luke found a lot of things that I did not see and probably saved us a lot of money. We are looking at another house, and we definitely are going to use Luke to look at that before we make a decision to purchase it,
