Luke at Oregon Home Inspections has done countless inspections for my clients. He’s always friendly, willing to explain what he does and what he found and what it means. Clients really appreciate it. I really appreciate the professional, thorough, capable manner and always leaves the inspection property spotless. Also, his reports are clear and easy to read. Useful photos, good summaries and handy color-coded text makes reports easy to read, which clients also appreciate. Good value too.

This is my fourth time using Luke. I really can’t say enough positive things. Easy to use and a pleasant personality to start. Very detailed reports and he helped me to uncover a hidden beam problem in one house that translated to a large savings through negotiations. Thanks for all you do Faith Perry (and sons Cameron and Christian)
