Buying their home has been nothing but a nightmare. Biggest issue is the subfloor on the second floor is warping and is unlevel by over half an inch in some areas. Yet, these guys refused to correct the issue saying this is normal and this within industry standard. Are you kidding me? It's obvious they didn't frame the subfloors correctly, but they try everything possible to get away with their mistakes. This company is as unprofessional as they can get.
