Leaving one star for the two nurses that were awesome. This place is great genuinely if you’re being life flighted or brought in by ambulance. Like a real trauma. Because I’ve been treated here on a real trauma case and they saved my life. But if you’re able to drive yourself to the ER than take yourself to another one. I came in with a real problem in agony and waited 12 hours and still didn’t even get to see the doctor to get my final results. RN melody with dragonfly face tattoo in the emergency room does not stop with her iv insertion attempts when asked. She attempted to use ultrasound guidance, missed the IV, then continued to dig and dig and dig. I asked her to stop and she refused twice. Finally yelled and asked for a different nurse, who got it first try without an ultrasound. Very disappointed consent is not respected in a hospital setting.
