Pretty sorry excuse for health insurance. Was excepted and all was fine until they cancelled me on Dec. 1. Mind you I cannot get insurance until Jan. 1. No problem right? Well it would be if I could of got my meds for the month of Dec. some meds are around $1500.00 a mth. without insurance. No worries it's only heart medication. I hope I am still around in January. Thanks Oregon Health
Just like everything else in Oregon Government , the website doesn't work either.....
All they want to do is enroll me in advantage plans, and sell me a life alert button. They have not even heard of Medicare part N.
They're pretty disrespectful of people's time, they're not able to do renewals because it can take an hour to do over the phone when I was just on hold for an hour, when asked if it's call avoidance the person I talked to ended the call.
Poor communication, judgmental, and a lot of attitude. I'm sorry you hate your job, but please don't take it out on people who are just looking for insurance.
