I've been waiting for over a year to complete a simple name change for my son. I have sent original foot print memories from the hospital and now likely won't get them back. If I can get anyone to respond about Order Number 20240303062 I would greatly appreciate it.

Do not call the number they provide. It basically sends you to some random person with an iPhone that cannot transfer you or do anything for you.
I've called the equity line for weeks and have yet to hear back. I am trying to get registered for PSS. I have submitted all my paperwork with no response. Terrible.
I have spent 6+ hours on hold in the last week trying to get through to someone for help, it doesn't even let you leave a message. I made an in person appointment through the website, got multiple confirmation messages, trekked all the way to the other end of town on public transportation, only to find a notice taped up stating they were closed that day, due to weather. I got no notification and the closure wasn't posted online until much later. Lord help me.
