Excellent customer service from front desk to specialists . Dr. Hassan cares about patients. We say thank you so much to everyone there.
I appreciate the need to maximize the doctor's time, and this can't be accomplished if he has to wait for a patient, but can't this be accomplished without having patients wait for an hour. Wouldn't a reasonable compromise be for patients to check in 30 minutes later?
