Wish I could rate Oregon Environmental Services zero points instead of 1. We had an issue with an outside hose bib that was leaking from the top. Oregon environmental services said that we would have to tear out our kitchen to get access to that Bib! Got a second opinion today from another vendor through my home warranty service. They have the issue fixed in five minutes. They just had to replace a part that they could access at the faucet. Reader, please take care when considering this vendor. The team at OES was great, from the initial inspection team to the excavation team and final completion. I had to replace my entire main line sewer, they were professional, fun, informative, supportive, and provided me a fair cost for total replacement and explained why it needed to happen. Every question i had they took the time in detail to answer, to my satisfaction. Highly recommend using them!
Dan came out from Oregon Environmental Service when our toilet was flushing slowly. We have American Home Shield and they assigned OES to the job. The day Dan came out to replace the toilet, he said we had a clog and he needed to unclog the line. He said our pumps were not functioning and he’d even checked the power panel and it was on. Before he could do it he asked me to submit another request to AHS which I did and it cost me $125. When I got home he said we needed to have the septic pumped. Just had Dan over to fix a clogged drain in my basement. He was very informative, helpful, and pleasant to be around. Tiffany made scheduling this service a breeze as well. OES is a great local company to work with. They will be top of mind for any future plumbing work I need and will refer them to everyone I know. 5 stars easy!
Oregon Environmental services came to my home 10/21/24 to repair plumbing issues via American Home Shield. Replaced garbage disposal and neglected to remove the plug where the dishwasher drain hose enters the garbage disposal, so the water flooded my kitchen. Mind you I paid the $125 service fee. I filed another claim and paid $125 again. Plumber came and removed the plug, but told the warranty company he snaked the drain. This company is very dishonest and unprofessional.
