Very impressed! Scheduled to have my ducts and dryer vent cleaned and they advised I didn’t need my ducts cleaned when they showed up. Scheduled service for duct cleaning, unfortunately our specific setup (furnace in 4th floor attic w/ ceiling registers) was not something that could be serviced by Oregon Ducts, but Steve was very clear in explaining the whys and hows. We also had scheduled the dryer vent (up through the attic) to be cleaned, this was done throughly, again with clear explanation as to what was being done and what to look for. Very professional, very prompt. Would not hesitate to recommend them to friends or hire again.
