Chris and Ed at Oregon Coach Crafters provided me with excellent customer service and resolved my issues in a timely manner and answered all of my questions regarding my furnace system in my 5th wheel. Thanks again for all your help and expertise regarding my situation.
We were on our way from Kingston, WA to San Diego and had trouble with our trailer brake. Turns out work we had done locally in WA on our axel was shabbily done. It di sconnected our brake and we were in a dangerous situation. Chris and his crew did a great job getting us back on the road.
My refrigerator wasn't working this morning and they fixed it. While I was there they serviced my water heater and checked the roof. He told me that RV stands for ruined vacation but thanks to them that's not the case.
I've had plenty of work done to my 5th wheel since I purchased it, and once again they've done an outstanding job. Stripped all of the exterior caulking and trim, then re-sealed it... ready for another great camping season! Thank you Chris!
