Bizarre visit. Staff were nice. Doctor stared at my chest for 80% of the visit. Can't know why, but a professional should not do this for any reason. I felt he dismissed my questions and offered me the services that this clinic offered over the treatment that my primary doctor suggested was right for me. Only after I probed for more information did I learn that the Oregon clinic does not offer the service I was interested in. The woman I just spoke to through scheduling was very rude and belittling. I tried to explain I was referred to this specific facility from my primary who said they took my insurance. She argued with me about my insurance and I told her that I felt she was being hostile towards me. She obliged and hung up.
I was treated with kindness, and I felt like I was taken seriously and listened to. No long wait either. Nice
