Oregon Climate Tech, owner reached out to me on a Sunday to personally give me a quote for a Trane Heat pump. Jason quoted me on a two ton 15 Seer with variable fan speed and went over IRS Tax credits up to 2000 dollars. I pursued other quotes and Oregon climate came in thousands of dollars less than his competitors. OTC were the best! Jason came out twice doing his best to fix my AC and kindly delivered the news that my system needed replacing. Trevor and his team scheduled me in the next day during a heat wave cuz we had a 3 week old baby in the house. Tristen came out right away to finish up the electric. Couldn’t have had a better experience with a bummer of a situation
