They were late but they were fast, efficient. and courteous.
Quick worker, got in got it done and was gone! Replaced the chimney cap, cleaned tall chimney on older home. Well mannered, professional! Everything was clean when the worker left. Would recommend.
Cost was $225 for less than an hour's work, which seems very high, but they were most courteous and seemed to know what they were doing.
They were quick to reply and out within hours. I'm totally happy and will have them send me a reminder for next year!!!!!!!!!

The guys came early! Living area was very clean when finished, and stove was thoroughly vacuumed out. The roof was very steep and I was glad the job got done without problems. The guys were here for a short time so I hope the chimney flue was cleaned completely.

I called in on Tuesday and was able to schedule my appointment with Oregon Chimney Guys for Wednesday. They got to work right away and were done easily within 20 minutes. I was extremely pleased with their timeliness. The cost was worth the peace of mind for burning this season. Neil also assured me that he would be giving me a reminder call next year. He made the whole process very easy for me.
I hired Oregon Chimney Guys to clean my dryer vent. I was impressed by Neil's efficiency and professionalism. He was obviously training a new guy, but all went smoothly. I was using an Angie's List discount coupon for their service, but they still went ahead and replaced a hose, cleaned under and around the washer/dryer, and cleaned the ash out of my fireplace (at my request) for no extra charge.
