Maybe if you can get a call back and get scheduled they could be an okay clinic. After mentioning in a group on Facebook about my frustration with them rarely answering the phone and failing to call back when they said they would, someone that has had several births there said that their communication has been on a steep decline. She did like their in-person services though. Wow - I can’t speak more highly of Crystal, Holly and the entire team at OBWC. I experienced a very empowering birth of my second child here. Had the absolute BEST experience with my first baby here. Staff is well educated, so kind, and the entire atmosphere is incredibly comfortable. Appointments feel like going to a close friend's house rather than a doctor's office. They make your comfort priority. I'm currently pregnant with my second child and part of the excitement is getting to come back to Birth and Wellness! I truly couldn't recommend this place higher. 10/5 stars. ❤️
Our birth experience here was quite negative. We had complications involving extreme pain at low levels of dilation, and came into the birth center twice when contractions reached the appropriate level. Both times our midwife, Crystal (the owner of OBWC) measured dilation and essentially said "go home." She was rude and condescending and didn't help us figure what was happening. We ended up going to the hospital and had to have a cesarean.
