I would not trust any part of my care with these people. Perhaps they have some good midwives on staff, but if I was them, I would be embarrassed to know this is how the office is being ran. We first loaded up the family to go to town for their mandatory open house, to find that it had been canceled. So be it, things happen. Maybe if you can get a call back and get scheduled they could be an okay clinic. After mentioning in a group on Facebook about my frustration with them rarely answering the phone and failing to call back when they said they would, someone that has had several births there said that their communication has been on a steep decline. She did like their in-person services though. Wow - I can’t speak more highly of Crystal, Holly and the entire team at OBWC. I experienced a very empowering birth of my second child here. After a previous birth center birth left us a bit on edge, we wanted to find a facility that truly felt prepared for all the situations that could arise. My husband and I had some hard questions, and Crystal addressed all of them so thoroughly and in way that made us feel so confident in delivering our baby here. Had the absolute BEST experience with my first baby here. Staff is well educated, so kind, and the entire atmosphere is incredibly comfortable. Appointments feel like going to a close friend's house rather than a doctor's office. They make your comfort priority. I'm currently pregnant with my second child and part of the excitement is getting to come back to Birth and Wellness! I truly couldn't recommend this place higher. 10/5 stars. ❤️
