Do not rent from Michelle Cantrell owner of Oregon Bay Properties. She will not fix any repairs, will keep your deposit, and charge you for normal wear and tear. Michelle is rude and combative.
If Michelle Wiley is still the owner/property manager of this business, look elsewhere. She struggled to run this business, and service quality was bad. She rented to bad tenants that required legal action to attempt to recoup losses (from damages). Apparently, asking for an update on collection efforts every 2 weeks was too much for her to do. BTW, I never recouped those losses on my end. But you can sure bet she got her costs back from taking out of the deposits. 4 times I asked her to let me (the owner) handle paying... read more
