Being a Texas BBQ guy (and a bit of a snob at that) I had low expectations for finding good BBQ in Oregon. But I was proven wrong by Oregon Barbecue Company. In a tiny purple hut, this place is churning out quality BBQ which would hold its own in Texas. The brisket was almost perfectly cooked, well sliced, and had a flavor profile that enhanced the meat while not overpowering the natural beef flavor. RecommendedWe stopped for supper tonight (Lebanon). I had a brisket sandwich & potato salad. And the person with me had ribs meat. The brisket in My sandwich was maybe the best I have ever had. And I heard the ribs were also very good. We will be back again really soon. Triple AAA+ from us.
The food is very delicious and the service is great. I will always be coming back for more. The best food in town.
