Brisket approved from a Texan! Great tasty meats from OBC, no sauce even needed! Although the pork sauce is amazing!
Delicious barbecue! We picked up a rack of ribs and a half pound of brisket to take home for dinner tonight. It was fantastic. The ribs were big and meaty. The sauce was nice and mild and allowed the meat flavor to come through. The brisket was amazing, they gave us slices of lean, fatty and some burnt ends. All of it was moist and tender. The owners were friendly and showed me the smoker where they make it all happen. Highly recommended!
This place absolutely is delicious...BIG HENDU....knows his food.....slow smoked Texas style dry rub bbq...Over oak with a great chef spending hours on end to deliver....=QUALITY.........".get ya some"....As they say.......also great people. ......support these good fellows...........
Just had the rib dinner.....GREAT ribs, great sauce, Coleslaw and potato salad freshly made and delicious....I'm ah go'n back!
