Not Entirely Impressed I began seeing Dr. Emond at this office shortly after I moved to Eugene last year. My main problem with this office was the staff's obvious lack of professionalism and disregard for patient confidentiality. The office is very small and cramped, and it is very easy to overhear conversations in and outside of the patient rooms.
