Amazing food, amazing service, and the waiter dealt with our craziness really well!!
Our waitress had a bit of an attitude ... Also the salad we usually order taste completely different but that won't stop us from returning
Terrible customer service. Our group waited a total of 3hrs for our food. 4 out of 6 plates were brought cold. Then when our food was brought out the second time, it only took 20 min. Waitress was very nice but the manager Jack never apologized for the cold food. No excuses why our food was brought out cold. Poor management. If job responsibility is too much maybe consider another career path.
Terrible customer service, followed by cold food. What to expect after 3 hours waiting. I recommend for a birthday outing, treats the birthday girl and family like their cold food.. Great place if you have no standards or care how your family is treated.
Just waited 5 minutes to get in the dining area , then waited another 15 minutes at the table to wait for a waiter or waitress to come take our drink order meanwhile people are standing behind the bar having personal conversations and some trying to figure out who is going to serve us. I would really hate to see how they do when it's busy . So much for my daughters birthday dinner .

The Best. Cheese was phenomenal. Hostesses super friendly and relaxed atmosphere
The food was great, our waitress Ellen was great, I found the place to be dirty. Bugs in the lights over the tables, Bathroom gross, red tiles looked like they were never cleaned. We got there when it was slow and 9 out of 10 employees were standing around talking to each other and doing nothing when there is so much to do. Dust on everything too.
What makes it a worst is a service the waitress don't know what they're doing don't like their customers so don't recommend for anyone to go
