We called in a take out order, been doing it once a week from local businesses to support them during Covid 19. This by far was our worst experience. Told on the phone to pick up in 45 minutes. I set the timer and showed up for pick up 1 1/2 minutes early. I was escorted outside to wait an additional 10 minutes. When I called in the order I asked for extra sauce for both orders, was willing to pay extra. In the past we received mostly dry pasta so I was trying to prevent that. Ordered takeout. Took forty five minutes longer then I was told, so a total of an hour and fifteen minutes. Got home my ranch was missing for my salad, cole slaw, and homemade chips. Called and their answer was we dont include coleslaw to go anymore and we ran out of chips. Sorry if you were not told. I said then you charge full price for sandwich meal but 2/3 items are missing.
