i was promised to fix 2 small vacuums including use 2 new bags to be put inside , but when i found out there is no bags i had to argue and hassle with the gentleman there to keep his promise ,but he chose to lose unhappy client over keeping his promise to save few pennies !!
This Oreck location has a very nice atmosphere with friendly staff. When I got my new vaccum here I was in and out in no time! They even do tune ups for their product! I would highly recommend going here over going online.
Staff was friendly and helpful diagnosing and repairing an old Oreck I inherited. Product works great now. They also completed the job promptly.
