We accurately describe our parts and provide as many photos as the customer requests. After the customer agrees that the part is meets his expectations as to color and condition, we require payment. When the customer picks up the part, he may inspect the part before taking possession. Because of insurance requirements, unfortunately we cannot allow customers into the yard or warehouse. I been a frequent customer of ords since they became pull and save yard and yesterday I found out that they lost one of the best employee's they had. The ladys at the front are hard workers and they make it enjoyable coming there. These ladys deserve more credit than given. Will miss u Pam!
