We have been in the service industry ourselves for over 25 years. Ordines family owned business extended one of the best service experiences that we have ever had with an a/c company. Ordines is the absolute best. I called and spoke with Amy in an absolute panic because my AC stopped working and I had a tenant in my house. She was nothing but helpful and did everything she could to get the next available technician over to the house. She walked me through the financing options and everything. By the end of it I felt like she was my friend. This is an awesome company!!! Definitely would recommend to anyone.
