Would really like to give this practice a try since they are so close to me and was referred by my PCP , but nobody is answering the phone. I checked the hours and according to the website they are open. I've tried several different times today which is concerning. Going back to my PCP for a different referral. 3 Stars to be neutral since I never made contact with anyone.
I called twice this morning and I was put on hold each time telling me I’m number 4 then down to two and sorry we missed your call. The second time I was down to number 1 then sorry we missed your call. The doctor seems to a nice doctor. As a new patient and only been here one time, I’m not pleased with the customer service.. The customer service is terrible
