arrived, woman was on her personal phone while I was attempting to get service. Stood awkwardly for at least 30 seconds. I stated my business and was ignored. She was on call lol. Repeated the service I seeked & she ignored me again!! Eventually she did give me a email to foward my document to, I briefly let her know I did not have WhatsApp. Ignored.
