THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! One-sided arrangement, flowers DEAD within 5days, red vase scratched through to the clear glass and HORRIBLE customer service. Before posting this review I sent 3 emails over the course of a week to this florist - with absolutely no response, literal crickets. The roses and lilies in my 'premium' Valentine's Day arrangement arrived with brown spots and sadly started dying on Day 2 - even the filler greens were dried out and crispy.
