I keep coming back to Minh's Orchid restaurant for the freshness and diversity of the food offerings and the fantastic array of carefully selected microbrews, served by knowledgeable and super friendly staff. The sushi chef Ming is a master. Highly recommend the Ugly roll and all the dragons as well as the nigiri. The avocado salad with or without sashimi is outstanding. The tuna tataki is spectacular. Appetizers are tasty and nicely priced. Overall great!!!

Absolutely amazing food, unique beer selection, and other beverages, and one of the best staff in the Twin City. It's one of our favorite eating spots. A must try for anyone that enjoys Sushi..., along with other great dishes. 5 star definitely!
