We are relatively new to the rental world. Having Stevenand the leasing office guide us through the application, moving, and settling in has been wonderful. Steven has been available to address all of our concerns and provide us with the necessary guidance to make all of the processes very smooth. From the moment we entered Orchid Park we knew it was where we wanted to live, We had lived in our home for 30 years and were ready to move to a place where we could enjoy life but still have some of the features we enjoyed as homeowners. I have lived here for a year so far and plan on staying longer I absolutely LOVE this community so much, from the beautiful amenities to the perfect landscape it’s just perfect I couldn't ask for more… the maintenance team is so efficient and thorough. Roxy was so sweet and helpful to me. Steven was my leasing agent and made my move in process so smooth, easy and efficient !
