Susan did my nails. She glued my skin to the nails and cut me 4x with the nail file. Twice on my right pinky, once on my right pointer finger, and once on my left thumb. I kept telling her my skin was glued to the nails but she kept going without fixing it. My pinky actually bled and she kept filing it while I could see the blood beading up. Then she sprayed some fluid on it, put cotton on it, and held it in place with a clip while she worked on the rest of my nails. Flawless application and a very professional attitude from everyone at the salon. My nails are perfectly thin but very strong, just the way I like them.
