I will not go back here. I understand the shop being busy but pushing my appointment 30 min later and rushing through my appointment was unprofessional. My nail tech was sweet but she was doing my nails, answering the phone, greetings guests, starting a pedicure, and helping other clients choose nail color. This all within my 25 min appointment. I paid $56 for her to file my nails down to nothing and paint them. I am extremely disappointed.

I have going here since it open. Diane and her team always make you feel welcomed. My experience there have always been pleasant. Love that they switch up the decor to match the seasons. The chairs are super comfortable. Had a special Mother’s Day with my daughter and granddaughter.
Called ahead of time and listed specifically what I wanted and owner gave me a set price of $60, once my nails were finished 2 hours later, I was charged $85 for basic short acrylic nails, and left with them all uneven and two crooked. Also got my nails filed so thin my nail beds hurt, and the acrylic was placed so far up they look grown out. When I mentioned the price difference at check out the owner was extremely rude and refused to let me pay the price they told me beforehand. Do not recommend this place, use your money ... read more
