Overcharged at checkout (went from $230 to $130 after questioning it) and the nails are bulky and uneven. Some don’t even fully cover my natural nail. When I asked for the coffin shape to be corrected, I was told it couldn’t be fixed and was met with unprofessional behavior. This was on 4/5

We had my pre-wedding party nails done here, 14 or so people. The staff was amazing, friendly, and very patient and kind. We had as young as 3 years old to 69 years, with every age in between. Everyone was able to get their nails done as they wanted, with all sorts of styles. It was a great experience. Thank you!!!!

If I could give a zero, I would. The whole session started out nice. I was hopeful and excited. My best friend and I went in for a pedicure but my experience was awful. I asked for a $65 pedicure with white tips. Basic. Easy. I showed the technician pictures. She acknowledged and continued her work. The polish was too pink and I told her several times it was too pink. The process kept going. I showed pictures again until I just said stop. The manager came over and said he’d fix it.
