I’ve visited a few times so far, and it’s always been fine in the beginning with everyone being very polite and good service. But both times, the employees working on my nails would get visibly annoyed with my questions and requests to keep my nails even or not immensely thick. They made side comments in another language while forcibly smiling at me. One nail tech made my nail bleed, the other kept filing really rough and made my flinch a few times. Both were male.
