Have been going to this nail salon for years. Always excellent service and have been treated like family. That was until yesterday. I wanted a different service)guess it’s called a full set?). Technician didn’t understand my needs, cut off any nail growth I did have and then wanted to put gel on my nonexistent nails. They looked like a kid’s hands. I told her I wanted clear dip. The nail tech made my nails very thick when I asked her to make them thin. She made my ring fingernail look crooked. I got my nails done on Mother’s Day (Sunday). It is now Friday and my nails look like they need to be redone. I wanted chrome and she kept saying she would show me the chrome colors but then she insisted I not do chrome or French. Sammy did my toes today and the pedicure was so good!!!! She also did a manicure and she was very thorough, great massage & attention to detail!! Went in as a walk-in and was able to get seated right away, even though they were busy!!!
