I have been here a couple of times. Infact, I like the couple who owns this place; they are also quite organized with the scheduling. However, since they've been on leave, I am not sure what's going on. I booked an appointment and even called when I was going to be 5 mins late. They said that's fine. I got there and no one attended to me. They asked me to sit and wait and basically ignored me. My favourite place to spend my time in my life. Since I think a couple more months it gonna be my second years that I find this place after when I done my first experience in my own country, I love the staff and I think they know me as their family. I usually got Pedicures and Manicure with a great experience. I highly recommend:)
Received the worst kind of service, would not suggest to anybody. They provided Very rude and unprofessional service , nobody said hi hello even when started the service grabbed my foot and started doing pedicure didn’t said anything that okay we are done. Never said thank you while i was paying. I had to look for them to pay since they left and went idk where without even telling the service is done. Pls be a little professional and kind to ur customers. Never coming back again
My first time going to this place to get my nails done and it was the worst experience of my life. Look at my Photos. this costed $30 including remove my old colour , when I could’ve just had a kindergarten child apply it. I asked for shellac but what I got in return was shit-lac. They won’t last long…. they don’t know what they’re doing. Don’t waste your time at Orchid Nails.
My favourite place to go. The salon is clean, the people are friendly. Everyone is great! Hannah is very creative and full of ideas for modern designs, I would recommend her 10/10!
