The overall experience was not welcoming at all. The techs made casual conversation with every customer except us!! We are African American!! The nails tech had to be told repeatedly to polish my entire nails. During the pedicure the tech did not want to use the pumice stone to remove the dead skin from my Guys heel Which is I wasn’t large or thick amount just the normal process!! I don't like leaving a negative review; however, I've had my nails done there twice. The older lady did them the first time. She is so rude. However, I let it go. She did an ok job. It wasn't the best, but it was nice if you didn't looked at them up close. The second time the man who worked in the salon did them, he was kind; however, when I got outside in the light, my nails looked quite bad.
