Very good I love my nails
I had a very good experience here, had a pedicure done my sister had pedicures as well as cat eye gel and my niece had pedicures and acrylic nails done, then staff were very professional and did an amazing job.. I’d be going back and I’d highly recommend them!
I’m only putting 1 star because I had to, this is how I just walked out of this nail salon. The WORST NAILS I’ve ever received. Then the woman had the nerve to have an attitude when I told her to fix it! This is the fixed product. I had to leave and get them removed immediately because it was soooo bad. DO NOT PATRON THIS ESTABLISHMENT!
Today is my birthday and Coco did my nails. She was so sweet, she took her time and she started over when she messed up or felt like the job was not satisfactory without me having to ask. She got my approval after each finger was done while free handing the design. She was so patient and even offered me insight on which color to choose. Will be asking for her again !!
First red flag , she charged me to take my nails off with a metro card (something I could have done myself for free). Secondly . It hasn’t even been 2 full weeks and my nails have been lifting terribly , that I had no choice but to just take them off (they were clinging on for dear life) .For the price that I was charged I would expect at least 3 weeks of wear but no my nails started lifting in one week.They don’t even know how to do modern nail designs .Smh .
