Joy is amazing and my favorite nail tech. She understands what I’m wanting and crushes it everytime! Love the clean welcoming atmosphere. All of the women there are great and so friendly!! I am so glad I found my nail spot! Highly recommend Orchid Nails
I’ve been going to this salon for 3+ years and I love it! Joy always does an amazing job! After doing SNS, my natural nails have never been so long. Worth the drive from Charlotte. :)
Orchid Nails is the only salon I go to in Mooresville. The staff are always kind and polite. I use Maly every time and have never been disappointed with the quality and attention to detail she provides. Would most certainly recommend this place to everyone.
HORRIBLE SERVICE. Was there for almost two hours to get SNS. Nails are very uneven and too thick. After leaving I called back to say I was unhappy with how my nails turned out and requested a refund, all I get was “sorry”. Then I was told that I was actually charged an extra $10 for the reshape. I didn’t ask for a reshape!! They were already like this before! They don’t take tips unless it’s cash or Venmo. I’m now going to have to pay more to get them done again elsewhere. Complete waste of a salon!
